Eileen R. Caito is the mother of two adult children, grandmother to one, been married for over 40 years and has lived in Tucson that long as well. Eileen is from NJ and graduated from Indiana University before moving to the desert. She is the owner of Shooting Star Doula Services located in Tucson. She is a postpartum doula, a lactation counselor and a  perinatal maternal health certified advocate. Eileen is providing reassurance, information, hands-on and virtual support to families after the baby is home. Eileen has provided postpartum support for first-time mothers, mothers dealing with postpartum depression and anxiety, mothers with older children, mothers in Nurse Family Partnership program and most recently her own daughter. Eileen is a council member for First Things First in North Pima County; a board member of the Tucson Perinatal Mental Health Coalition, and the lead facilitator for the 4th Trimester Arizona, Tucson Village which is available on the 4th Wednesday of each mother; currently in person.
