Nereyda is a mother of two and the Virtual Village Lead . She is the co-owner of The Healing Tree Collective in Tempe, AZ. Her and her husband have loved being involved with 4th Trimester Arizona throughout the years and supporting their mission.

The Virtual Village is a dedicated, exclusively online Village serving all of Arizona! The Virtual Village serves the mission of 4th Trimester AZ by bringing families as well as maternal health professionals together, to explore important topics affecting prenatal and postpartum families, including postpartum mood disorders, changing relationship & family dynamics, healthy boundary-setting, postpartum nutrition, breastfeeding, sex & intimacy, physical health of the mother following birth, and so much more.

Nereyda es madre de dos hijos y líder de Virtual Village. Es copropietaria de The Healing Tree Collective en Tempe, Arizona. Tanto ella como su esposo han disfrutado enormemente de participar en 4th Trimester Arizona a lo largo de los años y de apoyar su misión.

Virtual Village es una comunidad dedicada y exclusivamente en línea que presta servicios a todo Arizona. Virtual Village contribuye a la misión de 4th Trimester AZ reuniendo a familias y profesionales de la salud materna para explorar temas importantes que afectan a las familias durante el embarazo y el posparto, tales como los trastornos del estado de ánimo en el posparto, los cambios en las relaciones y la dinámica familiar, el establecimiento de límites saludables, la nutrición posparto, la lactancia materna, la sexualidad y la intimidad, la salud física de la madre tras el parto y mucho más.
