Our Black Mamas Support Village meets online, with quarterly in-person meetings. This Village is hosted by and for Black Mothers exclusively.

My name is Coreece Swain, though I go by Coree, and I’m honored to serve as Village Lead for the Black Mamas Support Village with 4th Trimester AZ. Supporting Black mamas and birthing people is deeply personal to me—as a mom of two, I know both the joys and challenges of pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting, and I’m passionate about creating spaces where we feel heard, seen, and supported. With over a decade of healthcare experience as a Hematology/Oncology Medical Assistant, Chronic Care Manager, and primary care Medical Assistant, I’ve focused on patient care, advocacy, and helping families navigate complex systems. Alongside my professional work, my photography business allows me to celebrate families and their most meaningful moments. Balancing motherhood, partnership, and personal growth has taught me the resilience of motherhood and the importance of safe, supportive spaces, and I’m excited to help create a nurturing community where Black mamas can connect, share resources, and find strength together.
