Coreece Swain
My name is Coreece Swain. I go by Coree and I’m honored to step into the role of Village Lead for the Black Mamas Support Village with 4th Trimester AZ. Supporting Black mamas and birthing people is deeply personal to me. As a mom of two, I know firsthand the challenges and joys that come with pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting. Creating spaces where mamas can feel heard, seen, and supported has become one of my greatest passions. Professionally, I bring over a decade of experience in healthcare, including roles as a Hematology/Oncology Medical Assistant, Chronic Care Manager, and primary care Medical Assistant. My work has been centered around patient care, advocacy, and helping families navigate complex health systems. I’ve also built community connections through wellness and creative work, including my photography business, which allows me to celebrate families and capture their most meaningful moments. At home, I’m a single mom raising two amazing children, ages 6 and 7 while also navigating the journey of blending my family with my partner. We are excited to one day expand our family together, and that hope keeps me grounded in the beauty of growth, love, and possibility. Balancing motherhood, partnership, and personal growth has given me a deep appreciation for the resilience it takes to be a mother and the importance of safe spaces where we can be vulnerable and supported. I’m excited to help create a nurturing space where Black mamas can gather, share resources, and find strength together during the tender and transformative postpartum journey.
Genesis Holmes
Hello! My name is Genesis Holmes, and I am so excited to be a part of 4th Trimester! I am extremely passionate about helping others, and have worked in the Behavioral Health field for the past 5 years. Most recently, I became a first time mom and in that experience I discovered a new passion for sharing all that I learned about pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum experience. I am the first generation Mexican American in my family and have roots in southern Mexico as my mom migrated to Arizona from Orizaba, Veracruz and my father was born and raised in Mexico City. I am incredibly proud of my Hispanic culture, and understand the need within our Hispanic community when it comes to support and encouragement in the beautiful stage of motherhood. I truly believe that demonstrating compassion, empathy, and love creates the most fruitful impact unto those around us, especially as we all face different challenges in life. ¡Hola!

Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
