Hey, I’m Caleb.

I’m a husband, a father, and someone who’s learning in real time what it means to show up for my family when life gets full, stressful, and sometimes overwhelming.

I start most mornings trying to finish my coffee while my 2-year-old son bosses me around. When it comes to being a dad, I take great pride in teaching my son to rock out to bands like System of a Down, Korn, IDLES, and Rage Against the Machine. When he was born, I would rock him to sleep while playing doom metal.

I’m excited to lead the Dad Village because there’s a new generation of dads who want to cultivate a different kind of relationship with their kids. My hope is that this can be a

space where men can find friendship and not feel like being a father is a barrier to that.

By trade, I’m a marriage and family therapist, but in the Village I’m just another dad figuring out how to stay connected to my partner, be present with my kid, and not lose myself in the process. If you’re looking for a kid-friendly space to hang out with the guys and give mom a break, come check it out.

Dad Village is a free, monthly virtual meetup designed to support, connect, and empower fathers of all kinds—new dads, seasoned pros, stepdads, and father figures alike. Hosted by 4th Trimester Arizona, each session offers real conversation, practical tips, and a sense of community in a relaxed, judgment-free space. Whether you’re navigating sleepless nights, identity shifts, or just looking for a place to laugh and share stories with other dads who get it, Dad Village is here for you. Join us every second Monday of the month and be part of a growing network of dads building each other up.
