Michelle Lacy(MA, LPC, PMH-C) is the Clinical Director for Women’s Health Innovations of Arizona and is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Perinatal Mental Health clinician. Her passion has always been in assisting women as they move through life and are challenged by struggles with mood disorders. She has been a member of Postpartum Support International and is a Subject Matter Expert for PSI’s certification. Michelle served as Board President for the Arizona Chapter in the past. Michelle is also a founding member and served as Vice President of the Arizona Postpartum Wellness Coalition. While serving in the coalition she was co-created Arizona’s two day continuing education course, “Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders: Assessment and Treatment.” For her work, Michelle received the Jane Honikman award for outstanding service to perinatal women and families. Michelle is actively involved in the Arizona community and received her master’s degree from the University of Arizona in Rehabilitation Counseling. She has been in private practice and nonprofits since 1995 and joined WHI of Arizona in 2015.
