Let's be honest, our bodies change A LOT over the course of pregnancy and during birth! Come join the 4th Trimester Arizona for our January Community Gathering where we will unpack which changes in our bodies postpartum are normal and which are NOT. Local physical therapist Kim Bryant and holistic practitioner Ashley Emery will emphasize pelvic health and help us learn how to tap into the rhythm of our menstrual cycles to promote physical and emotional well-being and longevity. As usual, children are welcome! We hope to see you there!
Kim Bryant earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from A.T. Still University in Mesa, AZ in 2009. She opened her private practice in 2017 to provide holistic rehabilitation and wellness women with a focus on restoring your core, movement assessment and pelvic health. Kim has extensive training in the fields of pelvic rehabilitation and fascial release. Her gentle hands-on treatment approach utilizes techniques such as myofascial release, relaxation techniques and counter-strain manipulation. Kim’s areas of expertise include prevention and wellness, pelvic pain, low back pain, prolapse (pelvic pressure), constipation, pain with intercourse, incontinence, abdominal adhesions, and prenatal/postpartum care. Her goal is to empower patients to take their wellness into their own hands as they discover their personal healing path. When away from the office, Kim enjoys spending time with her two young boys, husband, and running out on the trails with friends. Her vision is to one day open an all-inclusive women’s health holistic center.
