4th Trimester Arizona honors, supports and empowers all families of Arizona during their transition to parenthood and beyond through the production of community events and the creation of postpartum ecosystems of care throughout the state of Arizona. We are, in essence, recreating the “village” to provide support and connection to new parents.
4th Trimester Arizona was recently awarded a grant from the Vitalyst Health Foundation to help build communities of care in the West Valley, Chandler/Gilbert area and in Navajo County. Our Community Survey is the first step of evaluating the needs of these communities.
The survey is available in both English and Spanish with several options for sharing electronically, with paper flyers or virtually via your social media networks. Please share far and wide using the wording below or create your own. We need as many responses as possible! Thank you for your commitment to Arizona families and your support for our shared mission!
